Help! I want to play this game, but when i open it and move around with my keyboard, the screen starts shaking violently, which makes it unable to play:( Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey, I checked out the specs and here they are:

4GB RAM (128GB Storage)

Intel Quad Core Atom Processor

Runs on Windows 10

I couldn't find anything about a graphics card :(

I am having a issue where when i select the game, it wont start, but it deselects the folder window, so it tries to start. I am using a surface 3 64 bits with windows 10.
